The Rajya Sabha began its proceedings today amid Opposition's uproar over the Centre's three new agri reform laws. Rajya Sabha Chairman has barred the three AAP MPs from attending the proceedings of the House under Rule 255. The three MPs, including Sanjay Singh, resorted to sloganeering inside the Rajya Sabha as they demanded that the new farm reform laws be repealed.
