. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will set a new record for the second time on Monday, February 1, when he presents the general budget. She will become the first woman Finance Minister to present two budgets in India. But the list of those presenting the highest budget in the country is long. Among them, Morarji Desai is at the forefront of presenting 10 budgets.
