भारत में बसे जम्मू-कश्मीर की खूबसूरती को देखकर इसे धरती पर स्वर्ग माना जाता है। खासतौर पर ठंड में बर्फ का मजा लेने के लिए लोग यहां घूमना बेहद पसंद करते हैं। बात यहां पर होने वाले बर्फबारी की करें तो इस साल यहां पड़ने वाली बर्फ ने रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। कहा जाता है इस बार यहां पर कई सालों के बार इतनी बर्फ पड़ी है। ऐसे में ही इस बात का फायदा उठाते हुए गुलमर्ग में कश्मीर का पहला इग्लू कैफे बना है। जहां इग्लू विदेश जैसे कि कनाडा, फिनलैंड, स्विट्ज़रलैंड देखने को मिलते हैं। मगर अब इसे देखने व घूमने का मजा भारत में भी लिया जा सकेगा। इस कैफे को गुलमर्ग के एक होटल मालिक वसीम शाह ने टूरिस्ट्स और आम लोगों के लिए इसे बनवाया है। बता दें, यह पूरी तरह से बर्फ से बना है। यह कैफे करीब 22 फीट चौड़ा, 13 फीट ऊंचा है। साथ ही यह सिर्फ 15 दिनों में ही तैयार किया गया है। ऐसे में इस के मालिक को इस कैफे को लिम्का ई बुक में एशिया के सबसे बड़े इग्लू होने का खिताब पाने की उम्मीद है। इस कैफे की खासियत है कि यहां पर एक समय पर करीब 16 लोग बैठ कर चाय पीने का मजा ले सकते हैं। साथ ही इस इग्यू कैफे में टेबल से लेकर बेंच तक हर चीज बर्फ से बनाई गई है। इसके अलावा कैफे का डिजाइन पारंपरिक कशमीरी कला को ध्यान में रखते हुए तैयार किया है। ऐसे में लोग गुलमुर्ग की हसीन वादियों को देखते हुए चाय का लुत्फ उठा सकते हैं।
