According to the court, holding the minor girl's hand and opening the pants zip is not a assault under POCSO.

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के स्किन टू स्किन फैसले के बाद बच्चों से यौन अपराध पर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का एक और फैसला आया है. कोर्ट के मुताबिक, नाबालिग लड़की का हाथ पकड़ना और पैंट की ज़िप खोलना, POCSO के तहत यौन हमला नहीं है.
