Ahead of a 'dharna' at Azad Maidan on January 25, thousands of farmers from across Maharashtra made their way to Mumbai on foot on Sunday. The event has been organised to extend support to the ongoing farmers' agitation and demand repeal of the Centre's three new farm laws. On Sunday morning, a large number of peasants were seen marching down the Kasara Ghat to head for Mumbai.
