A criminal case has been filed against the Amazon Prime series 'Tandav' with the Uttar Pradesh police against the makers and the streaming service. BJP leaders have alleged that the series has hurt Hindu sentiments by insulting Hindu gods. The case was filed hours after the centre's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting reportedly sought a response from Amazon Prime on a complaint filed by Maharashtra BJP MLA Ram Kadam.
