Heavy rains since Monday caused flooding in several villages and residential areas in the Kuching, Serian, Bau and Padawan districts yesterday.

Bernama also reported that there was a landslide along Jalan Padawan between Kampung Peraya and Kampung Patos last night.

Photographs shared on the Sarawak Update Facebook page also suggest that a flood evacuation centre was not spared from flooding.
