In his first speech at United Nations Security Council open debate, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar indirectly criticised China for misusing its powers at the UNSC by blocking and holding designations of terrorists. Without naming Pakistan, Jaishankar told the forum of how India has been battling terrorism for several decades.
