The farmers' protest against the Centre's three new agriculture laws is into its fifth week with no end of the stalemate in sight. Today, the Supreme Court is hearing two sets of pleas challenging the new farm laws, and the ones raising issues related to the ongoing agitation near border points of Delhi. Meanwhile, the all-women crew of Air India's longest direct flight from San Francisco to Bengaluru landed on Monday morning after covering a distance of 16,000 kilometres in which the crew flew over the North Pole.
