Ballots start to be counted at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Fulton County, after polls closed at 7pm for the crucial US Senate runoff races that will determine control of the chamber for the first years of Joe Biden's presidency. Fulton County is home to Georgia's capital and most populous city Atlanta.
