Income Tax officials are now recording the statement of Robert Vadra in connection with the Benami Properties case at his premises in South-East Delhi. Vadra was earlier summoned but he failed to appear citing the pandemic. Vadra is also being probed by Enforcement Directorate under the provisions of the prevention of the money laundering act.
