3차 재난지원금 9.3조, 내년 1월초부터 신속집행
South Korea will roll out another round of COVID-19 relief funds worth eight-and-a-half billion U.S. dollars.
Under the plan revealed on Tuesday, five billion dollars will be spent on emergency handouts to support various workers, including small business owners and the self-employed.
That group will receive support of up to 2-thousand-700 dollars... after lots had to shut or restrict their business operations due to strict social distancing guidelines.
Also, freelancers and workers in special types of employment deemed to be hit hard by the pandemic will receive cash payments worth 450 to 900 dollars.
The relief funds will be distributed starting January.
