Women from India who came to Pakistan after getting married in 1984 came to Pakistan from time to time to visit their parents and siblings. She last visited India in 2013. Right now her parents are very ill and they want to see their daughter but the Indian government is not issuing them visas. In UrduPoint video the family requested the government issue visas to them so that they can meet their parents.
