울산현대 ACL 우승... 고진영 LPGA 우승

Time now for 'This Week in Sports' and for that we have our sports editor Paul Neat joining us in the studio. Paul, a K League team has been crowned as the champions of Asia over the weekend?
Yes, Ulsan Hyundai on Saturday night won the AFC Champions League.
A 2-1 win over Persepolis FC in the final in Qatar... thanks to goals from Junior Negrao... earned Ulsan their first piece of silverware in three years...and a second ACL title.
Ulsan had to come from behind to win.
Mehdi Abdi gave Persepolis the lead on 45 minutes but the Horangi were given the chance to level just four minutes later with a penalty.
Junior’s spot kick was saved but the Brazilian was able to tuck away the rebound.
Early into the second half though and Ulsan were ahead.
Junior with a second penalty...this time to win it and finish as the tournament’s joint-top scorer with seven.
Midfielder Yoon Bit-garam was named as MVP... but it was the last match in charge for manager Kim Do-hoon whose contract has expired.
Ulsan last won the ACL in 2012, Jeonbuk were the most recent K League team to win it in 2016.
Congratulations to them. Moving onto golf... it has been a great year for South Korean women players. The 2020 LPGA season came to a close over the weekend and did so with a South Korean star winning?
Yes, the final LPGA tour of the year was won by South Korea’s Ko Jin-young.
The world number one shot a final round six-under-par 66 to win the LPGA season-finale, the CME Group Tour Championship in Florida, by five shots.
Ko trailed fellow South Korean Kim Sei-young by one shot after Saturday's round, but took the lead with five birdies over the last nine holes for 18 under.
This was Ko's seventh win on the LPGA Tour, earning her 1.1 million U.S. Dollars and a second straight money title.
It was a shortened season due to the pandemic, down to 18 events from 33.
Some were added, some were canceled such as the Evian Championship in France.
But, of the four remaining majors, South Korean players won three of them.
All three winners, Lee Mi-rim, Kim Sei-young and Kim A-lim, were first-time major champions.
In total, seven of the 18 tournaments were won by South Korean players.
Meanwhile, in men's golf, over the weekend both Tiger Woods and his son Charlie in action? What can you tell us about that?
Yes, that's right.
The PNC Championship is an annual golf tournament for two-player teams, consisting of PGA Tour and Champions Tour golfers and usually their sons.
For Tiger’s 11-year-old son, Charlie it was his first public appearance as a golfer.
His playing style resembled that of his father’s and the pair went on to finish seventh overall.
Justin Thomas and his son Mike finished first.
And finally, to baseball. It feels as though the KBO season only just finished but already we have looking ahead to next season. I understand the dates for the 2021 season have been released?...
