On Thursday, PM Modi shared an open letter to farmers written by Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar. Through the letter, Tomar said he sought to dispel misconceptions about the farm laws and expose what he called the conspiracy being hatched to create distrust against the Centre.
