Creamy Egg Mayonnaise Bread Roll Recipe

Ingredients

Oil - for deep frying
Bread slices - 8 piece
Egg - 2 boiled and chopped
Onion - 4 tbsp finely chopped
Capsicum - 4 tbsp finely chopped
Carrot - 4 tbsp finely chopped
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chilli - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Water - as required to make rolls
