Petitioner Rajiv Suri has challenged the notification of the DDA in which the land use office was changed to the Prime Minister's residence. सेंट्रल विस्टा मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लैंड यूज की याचिका को फिलहाल लंबित रखा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि सेंट्रल विस्टा की वैधता को लेकर मामला अभी लंबित है. उस पर फैसला आने के बाद ही इस मामले में सुनवाई करेंगे. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता की याचिका पर नोटिस जारी करने की मांग भी ठुकरा दी है. याचिकाकर्ता राजीव सूरी ने डीडीए के उस नोटिफिकेशन को चुनौती दी है जिसमें लैंड यूज बदलते हुए दफ्तर को प्रधानमंत्री आवास में बदल दिया था. बता दें कि सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट के तहत कई हाईटेक सरकारी इमारतों का निर्माण होगा
