Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark A. Villar conducts final inspection December 10, 2020, the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 which extends the existing Skyway from Buendia, Makati City up to North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in Balintawak, Quezon City. The main line of 17.93 kilometer Skyway Stage 3 is now ready for soft opening. Travel time from Buendia to Balintawak will be reduced from two (2) hours to just 15 to 20 minutes. This will be the fastest alternative route between NLEX and SLEX, bypassing the congested Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA). MB Video by Ali Vicoy
