3,000 pounds of confetti will be released at midnight over Times Square on New Year’s Eve. You can write your own wish on a piece of official confetti until December 29th by visiting the Wishing Wall, which is open from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (not available on Christmas Day, December 25). The Wishing Wall will move daily but will be located on one of Times Square’s Broadway plazas between 42nd and 47th Streets and it's easy to spot! We ask you to please follow the safety and health instructions posted at the entrance. The Wishing Wall area including pens and supplies are sanitized regularly.
For those who would rather visit virtually, wishes can also be shared online at the Times Square New Year’s Eve Virtual Wishing Wall (TSq.org/Wish) or on Twitter and Instagram using #ConfettiWish. Additionally Planet Fitness will collect wishes at www.PlanetFitness.com/confettiwishes.
Watch your wish float into Times Square at midnight on December 31st from the comfort of your own home! The Webcast will begin at 6:00 p.m. EST on December 31, 2020 and end at 12:15 a.m. EST on January 1, 2021. The show, which also offers mobile friendly viewing, will be available at TimesSquareNYC.org, TimesSquareBall.net and livestream.com/2021.
