The nationwide strike by a section of healthcare workers has left many Kenyans stranded. This is the case in Makueni county referral hospital where cancer patients visiting the hospital for treatment were turned as nurses’ strike enters day 3. Makueni county health executive Andrew Mulwa has however termed the strike illegal, arguing that the court directed the medics to suspend their strike.
