Hong Kong police have arrested eight opposition activists including former lawmakers Eddie Chu Hoi-dick, Wu Chi-wai, and “Long Hair” Leung Kwok-hung. The arrests early on the morning of December 8, 2020, was part of a police operation targeting people who took part in an annual protest march on July 1.
