During the summer of 2020 Spitfire owner and pilot, John Romain, flew around the UK with the words "Thank U NHS" painted on the underside of his wings. In this video John is seen taking off from Cumbernauld Airport before flying over hospitals in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Dundee and Inverness.
