I started playing Dbd pretty late, back in September of 2018. I only became interested in the game after binge-watching a bunch of the classic 80's horror films and coincidently watching a friend of mine play it at his house. And ever since I first started playing Dead By Daylight fresh off my 80's horror binge I would always tell friends who I played the game with about killers they should add to the game. One of which being The Djinn from the 1997 film Wishmaster.

Wishmaster is a forgotten horror film if you ask me. Looking it up on YouTube you'll only find a handful of videos about it. Unlike other horror icons like Jason or Michael Myers. Despite the film being directed by Robert Kurtzman and produced by Wes Craven.


It's plot concerns a djinn, a wish-granting, genie who is released from a jewel and seeks to capture the soul of the woman who discovered him, thereby opening a portal and freeing his fellow Djinn to inhabit and enslave the earth.
