Located near Terminal 4 is The Premier Inn Heathrow. Not regarded as a great plane spotters hotel. However a few of the rooms on the 6th Floor have great runway views.
As a budget hotel it makes it to me one of the best pound for pound runway view hotels at Heathrow.

I stayed in September 2020 which as Terminal 4 was shut I got the great rate of only £42
