The protesting farmers who are camping at the Delhi borders for the eighth day today, will be holding the second round of talks with the Centre today after the talks on Tuesday remained inconclusive. Hundreds and thousands of farmers are currently staying put at Delhi's borders with Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
