Heated arguments were exchanged in the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday between International Trade and Industries Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali and former Finance Minister and Pagan MP Lim Guan Eng as Azmin was reporting on the expenses for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) 2020 summit held in November.
