As farmers' protest continued on Wednesday, police used water cannons on Punjab Youth Congress workers who jumped barricades in a bid to march to Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar's residence in Chandigarh.The protesters had planned to gherao Manohar Lal Khattar's official residence, according to the Chandigarh Police on Wednesday.
