Thousands of farmers, who have assembled at the Delhi borders to register their protest against the farm laws, have rejected Home Minister Amit Shah's 'conditional offer' for talks that hinged on venue change and refused to move to the designated site of the protest in Burari's Nirankari ground. Terming it as an "open jail", the BKU Krantikari Punjab President threatened the farmers will gherao Delhi by blocking five entry points to the national capital.
