Ingredients:
- Chicken Liver 250 grams
- Chicken Gizzard 250 grams
- Water 1 Cup and 1/4 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder 1.5 or 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 and 1/8 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tbsp
- Pepper Powder 1/4 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 2 pieces
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Ginger – 1/2 inch or a small piece
- Onion – 2 Large size or 3 Medium size
- Tomatoes - 2 Medium size
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce or Ketchup 3 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
- oil 4-5 tbsp

Method:
- Cook 250 grams of Chicken Gizzard for 5-6 mins with one cup of water and add 1 tbsp of salt and ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder.
- Now, add 250 grams of Chicken Liver and cook for 5-6 mins in medium flame.
- After cooking it, Separate the cooked water and Chicken Liver & Gizzard.
- Cut Liver & Gizzard into small pieces.(Optional)
- Now, take another cooking dish, add 4-5 tbsp Oil and add chopped Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli and Onions. Fry for 5 mins.
- Now, add tomatoes and add 1/4 cup water.
- Now, add Salt 1/2 tbsp, Red Chilli Powder 1.5 to 2 tbsp, Turmeric Powder 1/8 tbsp, Coriander powder 1 tbsp, Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tbsp, Pepper Powder 1/4 tbsp and cook for 5 mins.
- Now, Add Chicken Liver & Gizzard and add 1 cup of chicken liver & Gizzard cooked water or stockings and cook for 5 mins.
- Add 1-2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of Vinegar
- Add 1-2 tbsp of Soya Sauce.
- Add 3-4 tbsp of Tomato Sauce or Ketchup.
- Cook for 5-7 mins in Medium Flame.
- Chicken Liver & Gizzard Masala Ready to eat.
