Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Monday (Nov 23) protested to Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun's format for the Budget 2021 winding-up speeches by ministers.
He said the limitations do not align with “the spirit of Parliament.”
