The situation in the National Capital remained grim as more than 100 deaths have been reported in Delhi due to coronavirus for the third consecutive day. Some 121 people have died in the last 24 hours. So far, 8,391 people have died from Covid-19 in the Capital. The number of Covid-19 cases reported in the last 24 hours is 6,746. The total number of cases reported till now is 5,29,863. Delhi has been witnessing an increase in coronavirus cases since October 28, when the daily caseload breached the 5,000-mark for the first time and recorded the highest single-day spike of 8,593 cases on November 11.
