Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah landed in Chennai on Saturday and was greeted by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister E Palaniswami, Deputy CM O Paneerselvam, BJP leader CT Ravi and other leaders.

From the airport, Amit Shah will go to the Leela Palace. At 4:30 pm, he will attend a government function in the city.

Shah is in Tamil Nadu to take part in government events and meet representatives of BJP.
