While the coronavirus lockdown has brought in a lot of despair, uncertainty and pain, it also made way for exceptional creative genius. 'Rise', a musical production conceptualized by Chennai-based ensemble ‘A Carnatic Quartet’ exemplifies lockdown art as it fuses spoken word, illustration, and music, arranged and produced remotely.
