Speaking exclusively to India Today, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said increased coronavirus testing is one of the major reasons behind the spike in coronavirus cases in Delhi.

When asked about Niti Aayog’s prediction of 500 cases per million population, Jain refused to comment and said they had said this earlier as well.
