The Bharatiya Janata Party has accused Trinamool Congress of failing to maintain law and order in West Bengal following the attack Dilip Ghosh's convoy and the death of a BJP worker.

Earlier, a convoy of West Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh was allegedly attacked in Alipurduar. The Bengal BJP chief was greeted with black flags at Alipurduar and stones were hurled at his convoy. Ghosh's vehicle was partially damaged in the attack.
