Arundhati Roy's "Walking with the Comrades", which was part of English syllabus for post graduation course in state-run Tamil Nadu university, was removed it from the curriculum. The latest development came after political outfit Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in a complaint said that the book glorified Maoists and was anti-national content in it, according to media reports.
