Ingredients:
1 kl Chicken Wings
Salt to taste
Ground pepper
½ cup (or more if desired) buffalo sauce , cayenne pepper sauce or cayenne chili sauce or any hot sauce
1 egg
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper.
2. Add slightly beaten eggs.
3. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
5. Heat oil in a deep pan (about 350 degrees F) enough to soak the chicken wings.
6. Dip in the flour mixture before frying.
7. Fry for 10-12 minutes.
8. Remove from the pan and set aside.
9. Drain the chicken in the wire rack or frying strainer. Make sure the oil can freely drip down. The goal is to make the chicken crispy. Set the chicken aside.
10. In a pan, add the buffalo sauce (cayenne pepper sauce or cayenne chili sauce or any hot sauce.
11. Add the crispy fried chicken wings.
12. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
13. Crispy Chicken Buffalo Wings is now ready to be served !
