The Delhi High Court has directed TV media networks Republic and Times Now not to broadcast defamatory content against Bollywood or any of its members. The Delhi HC cracked its whip after thirty-eight leading Hindi cinema associations and production houses filed a suit against Republic TV and Times Now for publishing “irresponsible, derogatory and defamatory remarks”.
