Delhi on Monday continued to reel under the declining air quality as various places in the national capital remained in the 'severe category' - for the third consecutive day, according to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). Various parts in the city were also engulfed in smog, a problem that Delhi-NCR struggles with every winter due by stubble burning in Punjab and Haryana and other neighbouring states.
