Tracy Chapman Makes Rare Television Appearance to Promote Voting.
Chapman appeared on 'Late Night
with Seth Meyers' on Monday night.
The four-time Grammy winner performed her hit song, "Talkin' Bout A Revolution," from her 1988 debut album.

At the end of the song, Chapman changed the
lyrics to "Talkin' bout a revolution/Go Vote.".
She then stepped away from the microphone to reveal a sign that said "Vote."
