We threw an open Surya Namaskar challenge at LatestLY office and peeps here were quite the sport to take it up willingly. We are not talking about the ones who are pro, but also the ones who are ‘pure’ amateurs. Yes, they struggled, but they aced it like a boss! Our winner set a bar by doing some 55 sets.
