Jos Buttler and Ollie Pope ensured there were no more hiccups after four early wickets and took England closer to safety with an unbeaten 136-run partnership for the fifth wicket on Day 1 of the England vs West Indies 3rd Test match. The visitors had started on top and removed four English batsman in the opening two sessions but Buttler and Pope dug deep and scored half-centuries to give the hosts advantage at stumps.
