The second phase of Bihar assembly elections has started. People are coming out of their homes just to cast their votes. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav arrived at the polling station with his mother Rabri Devi. Deputy CM Sushil Modi also cast his vote in Patna. Chirag Paswan stood in line waiting for his turn and cast his vote. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also reached to vote in a government school in Digha, Patna. After casting his vote, Nitish made a sign of victory and appealed to the people to cast maximum votes. Watch the video.
