Delhi is one of only two states in the country, the other being Mizoram, where Covid-19 cases have shown an increase over the past two weeks as compared with the previous 14 days.During these two weeks (October 18-November 1), Kerala emerged as the Covid-19 capital of the country, logging the highest number of fresh infections, even though the pandemic actually showed a decline as compared with the previous 14 days in the state.Watch video,
