Ahsan-ul-Haq runs a small stall of ‘anda tikki’ with naan. He has been selling anda tikki for 40 years and is very popular in Lahore. The whole market buys their lunch from Ahsan because of his fresh and tasty anda tikki. Ahsan is a very optimistic person who is happy with his small business.
