तेल (Oil)
राई (Mustard): 1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
अदरक (Ginger): 1 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
हरी मीरच (Green chilli): 3
करी पते (Curry leaves): 1 टहनी (Sprig)
पयाज (Onion): 1
हलदी (Turmeric): ¼ छोटी चमच (tsp)
नमक (Salt):½ छोटी चमच (tsp)
धनीया पाउडर (Coriander powder):½ छोटी चमच (tsp)
पानी (Water):1 कप (Cup)
नारीयल का दूध (Coconut milk):1 कप (Cup)
नमक (Salt):सवादानुसार (As per taste)
सौंफ (Fennel seeds):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
हारा दनीया (Coriander leaves)
करी पते, सूखी लाल मीरच (Curry leaves, Dry red chilli)
