A video of the hooliganism of a Congress councilor in the municipal corporation elections in Jodhpur in Rajasthan has come out. Congress leader and councilor Shahabuddin is seen in a video with his supporters allegedly beating up an independent candidate. It is alleged that the Congress candidate was unhappy with Independent candidate Shahabuddin contesting the election.
