Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally at Raj Maidan in Darbhanga for the second phase of campaigning for Bihar assembly elections. PM Modi has hit out at the Opposition RJD and Mahagathbandhan, and said that "the people of Bihar should beware of those who brought jungle-raj in Bihar". Hitting out at RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, PM Modi asked voters to beware of the "yuvraj" (crown prince) of "jungle raj", and alleged that the RJD had the "copyright over kidnappings".
