Manchow soup is a soup popular in Indian Chinese cuisine due to its easy preparation and hot spicy taste. It is available in many restaurants and street food carts alike. Although the soup is named after Manchuria it does not resemble any that is normally found in the cuisines of the region. The origin of Manchow soup is Meghalaya.

Ingredients :
For fried noodles :
पानी (Water):4 कप (Cup)
नमक (Salt):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
तेल (Oil):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
हकका नूडलस (Hakka Noodles)
मकई का आटा (Corn flour):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
गरम तेल मे तलना (deep fry in hot oil)

For making Soup:
तेल (Oil):2 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
अदरक (Ginger):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
हरी मीरच (Green Chilli):1
लहसुन कली (Garlic cloves): 3
पयाज काटा हुआ (Onion chopped):1
गाजर (Carrot):¼ कप (Cup)
पतता गोभी (Cabbage):¼ कप (Cup)
शीमला मीरच (Capsicum):¼ कप (Cup)
शीमला मीरच (Capsicum):¼ कप (Cup) Or Spring Onion
पानी (Water):4 कप (Cup)
नमक (Salt):1 छोटी चमच (tsp) सवादअनुसार (As per taste)
सोया साॅस (Soya sauce):1 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
सीरका (Vinegar):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
काली मीरच पाउडर (Black pepper powder): ½ छोटी चमच (tsp)
काली मीरच पाउडर (Black pepper powder): ½ छोटी चमच (tsp)
पानी (Water):¼ कप (Cup)
मकई का आटा (Corn flour):1 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
हारा दनीया (Coriander leaves):2 बड़ा चमच tbsp
