కరోనా వైరస్ తర్వాత దేశంలోనే కాదు ప్రపంచంలో తొలిసారి ఓ రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. బీహర్‌లో తొలి విడత 71 స్థానాలకు పోలింగ్ జరుగుతోంది. కోవిడ్-19 కోసం తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటూ.. ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహిస్తోంది. అయితే బీహర్ ప్రజలు ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించుకోవాలని ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ కోరారు.
